Generally

These terms and conditions apply to agreements for the delivery of products to end customers in Norway. Please read the terms and conditions before shopping at Romega.no. By purchasing products, you have simultaneously accepted and approved the applicable terms and conditions. Buyers must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe to Romega.

We do not sell or send products to countries outside Norway.

Prices:

The total cost of the purchase will be displayed before ordering and includes all costs such as taxes, fees and delivery costs.

Subscription

As a subscriber, you always have free shipping, and Romega is delivered to your mailbox. You are not bound to future purchases, but must notify us within 14 days of receiving your first box of Romega if you do not wish to continue as a subscriber. You can adjust the delivery frequency, end or pause your subscription by contacting customer service. You have a 14-day unconditional right of withdrawal on your first shipment, but must pay return postage yourself. Download the withdrawal form here.

In order to offer the best possible customer service, we store your personal data in accordance with GDPR legislation and the Personal Data Protection Act, sections 8 – 17.

Discounts and introductory offers

The introductory price on the subscription can only be used once per product and only applies to first-time purchases. Customers who re-order after having previously received the introductory package will receive the subscription package at the regular price. The order is considered a reopening of a previous subscription.

Reservations

We reserve the right to make any typographical errors regarding prices and information about goods/services on the site. Please contact us if you have any questions. We want to provide you with good assistance and a successful transaction.

Single purchase

For single purchases, you will not receive any further deliveries from us until you place your order yourself. For single purchases, postage is NOK 79.

Sales and delivery conditions

Delivery:

Once we receive your order, the item will be shipped from our warehouse within 2-5 business days. We reserve the right for minor delays during periods of high traffic.

Subscription:

The subscription renews according to the selected frequency and number of units ordered.

The subscription is without a binding period unless otherwise stated. The number of boxes and delivery frequency can be adjusted individually by contacting customer service. The subscription can be stopped or paused by contacting us. The cancellation takes effect immediately, unless it is given less than 14 days before the next shipment. In that case, you must receive and pay for this delivery before the cancellation takes effect.

Changes to the product and delivery methods may occur, including improvements to the product, distribution method and packaging. Price changes may occur, but will not apply to active subscriptions. Significant changes or changes to the customer's disadvantage will be communicated to the customer, who may then cancel the subscription with immediate effect.

As a subscriber, we may contact you by phone, email or SMS with information about your subscription, based on legitimate interest. This applies as long as the customer relationship exists, and after the subscription has been stopped, until you wish to end the contact. We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Sensitive personal information is deleted on an ongoing basis.

When ordering, you automatically receive a free and non-binding membership in the Frisk customer club. You can keep this membership for as long as you want, even after you cancel your subscription. We may contact you with relevant information, offers and news via email, SMS, telephone or letter. If you do not want this membership, please contact customer service.

Payment:

At Romega.no you can pay by credit card or invoice that is sent with your item. We also offer direct debit. For individual purchases, we require advance payment by credit card.

We do not store your card information. When you choose to pay with Visa or Mastercard, you will be transferred to Nets where the transaction is completed.

All card information is stored in accordance with the card companies' regulations.

Procedures for returning goods

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so by phone or email: post@romega.no. Orders can only be cancelled before the change date, which is on the invoice. For card customers, changes must be made no later than 14 days before the order is processed in our system.

Right of return of subscription items

You can only return the first item you receive in your subscription. Subsequent items are identical to the first, and therefore do not have a right of return. If you no longer wish to receive items in your subscription, you must cancel within the specified deadline. Packages that are returned without an agreement will not be credited to the corresponding invoice. The original claim remains even if the package is returned. If the package was wrongfully sent to you, you have a right of return as a complaint.

Complaints

If there is a defect in the product, you must notify Arctic Bioscience AS in writing at post@romega.no within a reasonable time. We will provide you with information on what to do next. Do not return goods until you have received confirmation from Romega Customer Service. Goods returned without an agreement will be charged with postage and handling fees.

For complaints, we appreciate it if you provide the product's serial number/batch number.

The rules on complaints are found in the Consumer Purchase Act. In the event of a defect in the product and a legitimate complaint, you are entitled to remedies for breach of contract in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act.

Right of withdrawal

According to the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, the withdrawal period applies from the day the buyer received the goods and 14 days thereafter. If you want to cancel your purchase, return the goods in the same condition as you received them and fill out the withdrawal form. The withdrawal form is enclosed with the electronic purchase confirmation when purchasing goods from Romega.no via card payment. You can also download the withdrawal form here . The completed withdrawal form should be sent to post@romega.no .

The right of withdrawal only applies to the initial purchase/start of the subscription, and not to future deliveries of exactly the same type of product.

After we have received the item, checked it and accepted that it is in accordance with the right of withdrawal, you will have the amount returned to your account. The buyer must cover the return postage. See additional information on the right of withdrawal form.

Please do not return goods until the cancellation form has been sent to post@romega.no and you have received confirmation from Romega Customer Service. The right of cancellation only applies to consumer purchases, not to sales to businesses. The Consumer Purchase Act also does not apply to sales to businesses.

Warranty:

Arctic Bioscience AS does not offer a warranty beyond what follows from the Consumer Purchase Act.

Durability:

The product is manufactured with a 2-year shelf life.

Personal information:

Romega.no processes personal data in accordance with the Norwegian Personal Data Act. Read more about Arctic Bioscience AS's work with personal data in the company's privacy and cookies policy.

Complaints body and platform for online dispute resolution:

Any complaints regarding the subscription or goods purchased on Romega.no should be sent to post@romega.no . If we reject your complaint or you are otherwise not satisfied with the response, you can file a complaint with the Norwegian Consumer Council or the EU's online dispute resolution . Arctic Bioscience AS reserves the right not to participate in front of a consumer dispute resolution body.
